Aneicia is the best nanny. She worked for us for years, and was nothing short of amazing. "Neecy" (as my kids would call her) started with us soon after my daughter was born. She was able to seamlessly care for my new baby and also for my older son. She is beloved by both. Neecy is punctual, responsible, caring and fun. She is also enthusiastic and bright. As first time parents, Aneicia provided us with comfort, knowledge and the assurance that we could catch up on sleep while our baby boy was in safe hands. Not only was she gentle and loving with our newborn, she is extremely knowledgeable on all things babies. She made our experience as new parents much less daunting, as she was able to teach us everything from diaper changing, to running bath-time, and how to get him on a sleep schedule. Aneicia is communicative, dependable, kind and a true joy to spend time with. Our only regret is not booking her for longer.

It's hard to put into words the gratitude and love we feel for Aneicia and all that she did for our family. Aneicia came to us at a point of chaos ( Covid quarantine, a 2.5 month old and a 2.5 yr old) Right off the bat, her breadth of knowledge was immediately evident. Within days, she had our son on a schedule. She read him stories, played with him, took him to the park, and constantly made him smile. She knew when to transition him to solids and had ideas of new foods for him to try and in what order. She worked to help us adjust to life with two kids. On top of all she did as a busy nurse, she was incredible with our toddler. Aneicia included her in as much of the baby's day to day routine as possible, teaching her to do "big sister" jobs, encouraging her to play with the baby more. Literally couldn't be happier with all of the amazing work Aneicia did for our family
